• Lead all stages of the design process, from conceptualizing initial solutions to executing polished user experiences.
• Conduct product research, usability testing, and experiments to support and validate design choices.
• Actively contribute to enhancing internal design processes, tools, and design culture.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet deadlines and quality criteria.
• Offer and receive constructive feedback from teammates, stakeholders, and peers.
• Minimum of 3 years of product design experience focused on building digital products, with a strong emphasis on native mobile applications (iOS and/or Android).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex design concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of ownership towards the products you work on.
• Utilize both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to drive design decisions, balancing user needs and business growth.
• Demonstrated interest in AI, cybersecurity, data privacy, and related fields.
• Comfortably engage with the technical aspects of nexos.ai product.
• Proficiency in English.
