Senior Product Designer – 4-6 Month Contract

📋 Description

• Enhance user experiences for healthcare products on web and mobile platforms

• Transform vague requirements into clear design solutions that encourage discussions and decisions

• Utilize established design systems to create screens and flows efficiently

• Collaborate with Product Management to influence upcoming releases

• Engage with Engineering teams using Jira and Confluence for project support

• Develop prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder alignment

• Conduct user experience research and leverage existing databases for insights

• Maintain quality, speed, and adaptability in a dynamic business environment

• Work on multiple projects as needed, prioritizing key business objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive product design experience, preferably in fast-paced environments

• Proficiency in Figma and working within design systems

• Ability to navigate ambiguous problem areas with design expertise

• Experience in designing responsive web and mobile products

• Strong collaboration skills with Product and Engineering teams

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and user research processes

• Capability to work effectively in small design teams or closely with another designer

• Flexibility in shifting priorities to deliver maximum business value
