📋 Description

• Conduct data collection, analysis, and research to identify areas for improvement and evaluate business processes through surveys;

• Gather and refine requirements from stakeholders, create detailed technical documentation, and present findings to senior management;

• Provide implementation support, guidance, and training for recommended changes and evaluate their impact;

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications;

• Monitor and evaluate design solutions' performance through user feedback and analytics, seeking continuous improvement;

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, develop high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using design tools;

• Create and maintain a consistent visual language across all product interfaces, adhering to brand guidelines.

• Extensive experience as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products;

• Utilize product metrics and UX metrics to guide decision-making;

• Provide high-quality Design and Technical documentation;

• Proficient in User Research Methods and conducting qualitative and quantitative research;

• Familiarity with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence;

• Ability to take ownership of initiatives with limited oversight;

• B2+ or higher level of English proficiency;
