• Directly report to a Design Director within the Platform Organization.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in delivering premium B2B SaaS products for large-scale projects, emphasizing superior design execution.
• Proven ability to create impactful designs by deeply understanding the domain, leveraging customer insights, validating decisions through research, and influencing internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in leading the design process from ideation to implementation for entire product sections, maintaining high-quality execution and organizational impact.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly designs.
• Ability to mentor and influence others, including senior management, driving design strategy, systemic thinking, and product sensibility.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, adept at solving complex problems, and managing projects with proactive escalation handling.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts to diverse audiences.
• Must have a portfolio showcasing consumer-focused craftsmanship and tailored product solutions.
