Senior Product Designer - Automations & Integrations (USA Only - 100% Remote)

📋 Description

• As the dedicated designer for our Automations & Integrations team, you will play a crucial role in simplifying and streamlining how sales teams engage with complex, multi-step processes through natural language.

• Our goal is to empower any seller to easily create, configure, and utilize automations beyond traditional tasks, including leading our AI Agents strategy to enhance autonomous AI SDRs and intelligent workflow orchestration.

• You will pioneer a new product area that positions Close as a leader in the agentic AI revolution, delivering innovative autonomous experiences that transform our customers' lives.

• Reporting to our Head of Product Design as the 5th full-time Product Designer, you will work in a fast-paced environment that values high-quality design delivery, perfect for a Senior Designer focused on craftsmanship and impact.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must have 7+ years of product design experience, specializing in complex B2B SaaS platforms, and a track record of delivering high-quality design efficiently in fast-paced settings.

• Background in designing complex systems for desktop and/or mobile SaaS products, particularly in automation, workflow tools, or technical platforms.

• Skilled in systems thinking and designing for interconnected workflows and multi-step processes, with expertise in HCI/Human-Centered Design.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to influence technical teams, integrate design priorities, and make collaborative design decisions.

• Proven ability to quickly convert ideas into testable concepts while maintaining high design quality, with experience in design systems using Figma.

• Comfortable working remotely with autonomy in a results-driven environment, based in the US.
