• The selected individual will spearhead end-to-end feature development, enhancements, and upkeep for our primary EBT balance checking experience.
• They will collaborate with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to shape strategies, establish goals, conduct design experiments, and outline long-term visions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and launching top-tier mobile-centric products in intricate sectors.
• Demonstrated capability to independently lead projects from inception to completion, especially in dynamic, uncertain environments.
• A profound passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail, focusing on visuals, interactions, and finesse that elevate product quality.
• Ability to explore and implement solutions autonomously, from concept to execution, with minimal guidance or structured procedures.
• Proficient in leveraging data and user research to make impactful, user-centered design choices driven by curiosity and empathy.
• Strong product intuition with the skill to harmonize user requirements, product objectives, and business results.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills—capable of narrating inspiring stories, fostering alignment among teams, and clearly elucidating design rationale.
• Solid track record of establishing reliable partnerships across product, engineering, research, and content units.
• Proficient in prototyping concepts using tools like Figma, Replit, Cursor, or equivalent platforms.
• Bonus: Background in financial products, government benefits, healthcare, or other regulated sectors.
