📋 Description

• We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic global team

• Lead Product Design: Manage the complete design process of digital products, ensuring they meet user requirements and business objectives

• User-Centered Research: Conduct in-depth UX/UI research and support design choices with data-driven insights

• Design Solutions: Develop low and high-fidelity prototypes, sketches, wireframes, and storyboards to effectively communicate ideas

• Design Systems: Establish and oversee design systems to maintain consistency and scalability across all products

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with engineers, product managers, and internal teams to implement designs with clear documentation and asset delivery

• Iterate and Improve: Analyze user feedback and product performance to make iterative enhancements

• iGaming Expertise: Contribute to creating and enhancing features for poker, casino, and betting experiences to boost user engagement and monetization

• Trend Awareness: Stay informed about design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply them strategically

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record leading UX/UI projects in the iGaming industry (experience in poker, casino, betting is advantageous)

• Proficiency in Figma and solid understanding of design system principles

• Excellent English communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively

• Quick learner who can adapt to changes and excel in an agile environment

• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and iterative design processes

• Experience in analyzing user behavior and implementing data-driven improvements

• Knowledge of poker gameplay and strategies (preferred)

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and motion design tools like Adobe After Effect (optional)
