• Lead the entire design process for Valon's Consumer experience, covering onboarding, web applications, and cross-channel notifications
• Create user-friendly and visually appealing experiences that simplify complex financial tasks for homeowners
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and guide product decisions
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning with a focus on user-centered design
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions
• Provide feedback to team members to promote collaboration and uphold product quality standards
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, ideally in a D2C fintech setting
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills, systems thinking, and user-centric problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of launching and improving end-to-end product experiences
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, bringing clarity and structure to complex product areas
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail with a collaborative mindset
