• Ability to thrive in early-stage or ambiguous environments
• Strong skills in interaction design, user experience, and visual design
• Previous experience collaborating closely with engineering teams to launch products
• Comfortable balancing product strategy with brand and storytelling elements
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to align with senior stakeholders
• Bonus points for experience in Web3, AI, or developer platforms
