Senior Product Designer – Contractor

📋 Description

• Responsible for end-to-end design of new features and product enhancements, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to identify needs, test concepts, and validate design choices.

• Develop and maintain design systems, UI libraries, interaction patterns, and documentation for consistent product experiences.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define user problems, requirements, and success criteria.

• Work closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation and provide development support.

• Analyze product usage data and user feedback to continuously improve and optimize user experiences.

• Present design concepts, rationale, and findings to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and top-notch user experience across all platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.

• Previous experience in the SaaS industry.

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Experience with platform redesigns and designing intuitive workflows for various personas across multiple products.

• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred).

• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, usability heuristics, and responsive design.

• Experience in conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.

• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with agile development processes.
