• Be a part of Grafana Labs' Product Design team and work remotely in the Research & Development department to create user-friendly billing experiences for Grafana Cloud
• Design cohesive billing and cost management solutions for a range of products to help customers track their usage and spending over time
• Gain deep knowledge in the product area, customer profiles, use cases, and workflows to develop customized experiences and make continuous enhancements
• Mentor fellow designers, contribute to team growth, and participate in internal projects to improve design processes
• Transform research findings and data into user-friendly experiences, including visual aids, to assist customers in understanding their bills
• Collaborate with various teams to prioritize tasks based on impact, business goals, and technical considerations
• Document user requirements, design directions, and detailed designs, and participate in research initiatives with users, customers, and community members
• Must have 7+ years of relevant design experience focusing on B2B/enterprise software products, particularly for technical users
• Showcase a portfolio of successful designs for complex products in a fast-paced environment
• Experience conducting qualitative research in complex fields to understand user needs and pain points
• Ability to make design decisions that align with business objectives, product priorities, and customer feedback
• Collaborate effectively with teams in different locations and time zones to deliver products while maintaining the design vision
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn about intricate technical product spaces
• Previous experience in a fully remote, fast-paced work environment that values transparency and autonomy
