• Contribute to shaping the overall vision and strategic decisions for product and design initiatives
• Take ownership of the complete user journey, overseeing all phases of design implementation from conceptualization to final product delivery
• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and cross-functional team members to define and execute the product roadmap
• Create user-friendly web and mobile interfaces that are both straightforward and user-centric
• Participate actively in design reviews to give and receive constructive feedback on design projects
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Design
• Demonstrated excellence in product ideation, problem-solving, and ability to work independently
• Proven track record of contributing to successful product launches within a team setting
• Keen eye for detail and proficiency in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping
• Strong communication skills across different functions and experience in managing stakeholders
• Thrives in dynamic and sometimes uncertain work environments
• Proficient in Figma and other prototyping tools
• Collaborative mindset, humble attitude, and receptive to new ideas
• Interest in cryptocurrency and financial products
• Design background in Traditional Finance products
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency trends, including experience with Ethereum transactions, ENS usage, and interaction with blockchain-based applications
