β’ Your role will involve shaping the interfaces that dictate how practices engage with Dandy on a daily basis.
β’ The Customer-Facing team is responsible for curating the complete experience of one of Dandy's key offerings.
β’ Our focus is on designing every aspect of a dental practice's interaction with our product, from onboarding and education to ordering and tracking, as well as receiving and giving feedback.
β’ Our dedication lies in ensuring that our Doctor experience is user-friendly and transparent, fostering confidence, knowledge, and empowerment for dentists and their staff throughout the entire process.
β’ Minimum 5 years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of managing intricate customer-facing processes
β’ Possess a portfolio that demonstrates industry expertise and adept storytelling skills, showcasing problem-solving abilities, cross-functional collaboration, and driving user-centric outcomes
β’ Capable of developing a strategic vision for your product domain by leveraging profound customer insights and crafting persuasive narratives that align stakeholders and garner support
β’ Ability to harmonize business objectives, data insights, and user requirements to mold your design strategy
β’ Proficient in usability testing and utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data effectively
β’ Mindful of the balance between fidelity and time, discerning when to expedite processes and when to focus on refinement
