📋 Description

• Create designs for Redfin's customer growth, brokerage software on various platforms.

• Develop a cohesive user experience by paying attention to every detail of the user journey.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to design features that meet user and business needs.

• Effectively communicate design concepts through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to cross-functional teams and leadership.

• Utilize quantitative data and qualitative feedback to drive design decisions and continuously improve product features.

• Advocate for the user's needs throughout the design process and contribute to evolving the design system for a consistent user experience.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful product design.

• Strong communicator able to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Collaborative team player who enjoys solving complex problems in a team environment.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on aesthetics and user-centered design principles.

• Customer-focused with a history of translating user research into design solutions.

• Strategic thinker contributing to product strategy and vision.
