📋 Description

• Create outstanding end-to-end customer journeys by analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to drive positive results for customers and the business

• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to delve into intricate problem areas and propose innovative solutions

• Engage regularly with customers to gain a deep understanding of their requirements and challenges

• Work closely with various teams to unravel complex technical and user experience interdependencies

• Provide detailed designs and specifications to effectively convey product design needs to engineers

• Possess experience in designing within complex product environments, with a preference for designing systems and tools for web development or design

• Familiarity with front-end web development technologies (HTML/CSS; JavaScript) is required

• Exhibit strong systems thinking skills

• Advocate for customer insights throughout the design process

• Show a track record of delivering high-quality features with exceptional attention to detail

• Communicate, design, and document with precision for specific target audiences
