Senior Product Designer, Design Systems – Commerce

📋 Description

• Contribute to key Commerce business initiatives for system alignment

• Define, update, and enhance domain and core components

• Extend the core design system in a sustainable manner

• Develop educational programs to promote system adoption

• Implement scalable adoption strategies

• Establish assessment methods to track design system adoption

• Advocate best practices to champion the design system

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Designer

• Previous experience as a product designer

• Proficiency in Figma

• Experience in creating, updating, and evolving design libraries

• Expertise in design systems tools and workflows (e.g., Storybook, design tokens)

• Experience in designing for payment products

• Strong understanding of platform constraints and capabilities

• Track record of managing and contributing to design systems

• Ability to establish standards and provide scalable solutions

• Recognized as a trusted partner and mentor

• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations

• Knowledge of A/B testing and using data for design decisions

• Passion for accessibility and inclusive design
