Senior Product Designer – Design Systems

📋 Description

• Responsible for developing and enhancing our design system and design language, encompassing typography, color, iconography, components, and patterns

• Implementing a governance framework to ensure proper utilization of the design system

• Leading design projects by utilizing research insights, rapid iteration, and testing to create user-centric solutions

• Transforming conceptual ideas into practical and valuable designs for mobile and web platforms

• Engaging in prototyping, testing, and iterative design processes

• Advocating for users through continuous discovery and engaging with customers to inspire design decisions

• Addressing immediate design needs while progressing towards long-term vision

• Collaborating with product teams to bring ideas to life and contribute to product vision

• Taking ownership of work from concept to execution and actively participating in the design community

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a relevant degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a product designer for mobile and web products

• Strong visual design and UX design skills

• Proficient in creating inclusive and elegant products for various screen sizes

• Experience in developing Design Systems or making significant contributions

• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design practices and execution

• Skilled in conducting research like usability testing

• Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complexity

• Knowledge of inclusive design principles and accessibility

• Fluency in written and spoken English
