• Possess prior experience in fast-paced work environments
• Show expertise in end-to-end product design for web and app interfaces for a minimum of 5 years
• Exhibit solid B2B background
• Have extensive knowledge and application in both UX and UI
• Proficient in design systems
• Ability to discern when to delve deep into a task and when to execute swiftly
• Comfortable working closely with a development team with minimal oversight from the product manager, emphasizing collaborative effort from all team members
• Willingness to engage in the entire development process, from brainstorming to design quality assurance, contributing to team efficiency and progress
