Senior Product Designer, Emerging Creative

📋 Description

• Take the lead in UX and visual design for TV, mobile, and web interfaces, catering to both members and nonmembers.

• Transform business objectives into engaging and informative interfaces.

• Collaborate with motion, AV, and audio teams to weave storytelling into user interactions.

• Develop and test high-fidelity concepts, ranging from sketches to interactive prototypes.

• Establish scalable frameworks and visual systems to harmonize Netflix's product experiences.

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design Systems, and Research teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.

• Oversee the creative process with external contractors and agencies, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

• Mentor team members and encourage collaboration on intricate projects.

• Create various artifacts and storytelling materials, such as mockups, videos, and business presentations.

• Excellent cross-disciplinary collaboration skills, capable of seeing the bigger picture and driving clarity in complex situations.

• Experience working with diverse teams on creative projects involving video, audio, and motion graphics.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to articulate design decisions effectively.

• Proactive and self-motivated, capable of proposing solutions independently.

• Proficiency in influencing impactful design solutions throughout the product lifecycle.

• Bonus: Experience in entertainment, content-rich products, or interactive storytelling.

• Advanced skills in prototyping tools like Figma Motion, Principle, ProtoPie, and After Effects.

• Familiarity with real-time tools such as Unreal, Unity, and WebGL.

• Experience in strategic product roadmap or creative vision development.
