• We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Product team and create a captivating experience for a range of payments products and features.
• This position involves spearheading design efforts for technical B2B workflows, collaborating across functions, and developing user-friendly, impactful product experiences that balance usability, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you will identify opportunities, deeply understand user requirements, and translate insights into scalable design solutions.
• Ideal for individuals comfortable with ambiguity, eager to apply strategic design thinking to product challenges, and looking to expand their influence in a dynamic setting.
• Responsibilities include crafting end-to-end experiences, conducting user research, building design systems for consistency, and evaluating designs against industry competitors.
• 4+ years of experience designing B2B digital products and systems, with a strong portfolio showcasing your process, breadth of work, and impact.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, communicate design decisions clearly, and present with confidence to diverse audiences.
• Strong verbal and visual presentation skills, with a clear design perspective and an iterative approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience in building and maintaining design systems, along with enthusiasm for AI tools to enhance design and research workflows.
• Background in fintech, SaaS, or payments with an understanding of security, compliance, and complex flows is advantageous.
• Experience in Product-Led Growth, unifying multiple products under a cohesive design system, designing for developer-facing products, and conducting user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with service design techniques and the ability to integrate product design within a service design context.
• Annual Salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 plus Bonus
