• Take the lead in designing robust UX solutions that streamline complex processes through flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes. Create high-fidelity visual designs that enhance the appearance and functionality of our product. Manage large projects independently or handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Drive innovation and inspiration within the Hims & Hers ecosystem. Your work will not only address challenges but also raise the bar for care standards with sophisticated, empathetic, and user-centric solutions.
• Advocate for the user by deeply understanding their needs, obstacles, and behaviors. Conduct research, testing, and iterations to ensure that our products are not only user-friendly but also engaging. Engage in customer research to gain a profound understanding of user requirements and pain points, and translate these insights into innovative and efficient experiences.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with Design, Product Managers, Research, and Engineering teams to tackle complex issues and see projects through completion. Develop a strong product knowledge to become a trusted partner to stakeholders, while ensuring alignment among all impacted parties. Lead, motivate, and influence peers and team members through exceptional communication, empathy, and execution.
• Minimum of 5 years in a UX or Product Design role, collaborating with cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering, and Research
• Prior experience in launching products from 0-to-1 in a startup environment
• Holistic approach to design, encompassing strategic planning to minute design elements
• Self-motivated individual with a problem-solving mindset, capable of defining, scoping, and designing for new opportunities independently or collaboratively
• Strong communication skills to articulate decisions and processes confidently
• Enthusiasm for professional growth, openness to feedback, and ability to collaborate effectively with designers of all levels
• Adaptability and eagerness to work in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in visual design with acute attention to detail
• Expertise in Figma
• Preferred: Passion for motion design, particularly in interaction contexts
• Familiarity with Rive
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS
• Previous involvement in telehealth, pharma, or healthcare sectors
