• Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, data analysis, and industry trends to drive product excellence and innovation.
• Mentor and coach junior designers to cultivate a culture of design excellence and growth within the organization.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices, emphasizing the importance of empathy and user research in the product development process.
• Contribute to product evolution by utilizing and enhancing the design system.
• Represent the company as a thought leader in the design community through conference presentations, blog posts, or industry event participation.
• Conduct or participate in user testing sessions and usability studies to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive design culture that values diverse perspectives and encourages creativity.
• Demonstrated experience in Product Design.
• Ability to work autonomously and with a focus on impact.
• Proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping tools.
• Experience in hypothesis generation, defining experiments, and conducting AB tests.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Product management, research, engineering, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with data, business KPIs, and success metrics.
• Understanding of systems thinking and component-based design patterns.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Willingness to give and receive feedback to support and enhance the work of fellow designers.
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.
• Proficiency in English.
• Some experience in HTML and CSS.
• Ability to communicate technically with developers.
• Growth mindset with a strong emphasis on continuous learning.
• Experience in designing for AI products and creating intuitive AI-driven experiences is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing design work and problem-solving skills.
