• Shape the design vision and strategy for generative AI projects to align with company objectives and user requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 5+ years of product design experience, showcasing independent work and effective collaboration in cross-functional teams
• Proven expertise in all stages of product development, from problem definition to implementation
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, work with ambiguity, and take initiative
• Data-driven mindset and strong collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solution-oriented, able to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Experience mentoring junior team members and working on AI products is advantageous
