• Submission of an online portfolio is mandatory for consideration.

• Showcase a standout portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual finesse, innovative approaches, and strong brand representation.

• Possess 7+ years of experience in visual or growth design for consumer digital products.

• Proven track record in designing for performance in user acquisition, lead generation, onboarding, or retention.

• Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or growth experimentation.

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud is essential.

• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and ability to advocate for design decisions across different teams.

• Comfortable navigating uncertainties, incorporating feedback, and embracing continuous brand evolution.
