⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of product design experience focusing on complex or enterprise-level software

• Proficiency in end-to-end UX/product design to create impactful solutions for complex problems

• Passion for storytelling and the ability to give life to design direction with compelling narratives

• Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives, market viability, and technical feasibility

• Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills, demonstrating the ability to integrate the efforts of multiple teams, gather and synthesize feedback, and lead design discussions resulting in company-wide outcomes

• Experience with design systems and identifying common components necessary to support various customer use cases

• Experience in evaluating success using qualitative and quantitative methods
