⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of product design experience focusing on complex or enterprise-level software

• Proficiency in end-to-end UX/product design to create impactful solutions for complex issues

• Strong passion for storytelling, with the ability to give life to design direction through compelling narratives

• Experience in balancing customer needs with business objectives, market feasibility, and technical viability

• Proficient in facilitation and cross-functional collaboration, showcasing the capability to integrate the efforts of various teams, gather and synthesize feedback, and lead design discussions with company-wide impacts

• Expertise in design systems, with the ability to identify common components necessary to support diverse customer use cases

• Experience in evaluating success using qualitative and quantitative methodologies
