• Enhance and optimize our website funnel to showcase the unique features of Storyblocks and engage visitors to explore our products and content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs, Engineers, Marketers, and Researchers to identify customer needs and business opportunities.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs based on insights to improve the user experience.
• Conduct experiments such as A/B tests, analytics, and qualitative research to drive engagement and conversion.
• Introduce innovative ideas and concepts to elevate storytelling and growth design standards.
• Utilize user feedback, data, and testing to continuously iterate and enhance designs.
• Contribute to maintaining design consistency across our platform.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to deliver impactful design solutions.
• Align product experiences with marketing strategies and messaging through collaboration with Marketing and Growth teams.
• Engage in design critiques to provide and receive constructive feedback in a supportive environment.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, support, and continuous learning within the design team.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio focusing on web-based or SaaS products.
• Background in growth, e-commerce, or funnel optimization with a focus on engagement and conversion.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable with data analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to test ideas quickly.
• Strong sense of ownership, drive for learning, improvement, and delivering results.
• Preferred experience in video creation, content products, or creative tools.
• Preferred experience with stock media and knowledge of HTML/CSS.
