Senior Product Designer - Healthcare

📋 Description

• Lead the design and research of projects from inception to completion

• Take charge of strategic design-focused projects from idea generation to final delivery

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to establish long-term strategies

• Strategically synthesize and communicate complex information

• Oversee design initiatives across desktop, web, and native applications

• Facilitate and engage in design sessions and workshops

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative design research and distill findings

• Educate stakeholders on our design processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 12-15+ years of product design experience in product-centric organizations

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Service Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields

• Demonstrate expertise in designing user-friendly enterprise software

• Showcase a portfolio highlighting relevant design experience

• Display a keen interest in healthcare

• Familiarity with Agile development methodology

• Proficient in design tools like Figma and Google Suite

• Previous experience in healthcare, health, or health-tech products is advantageous

• Knowledge of Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)

• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, Javascript, and CSS

• Experience in developing and maintaining design systems

• Prior involvement in 0-1 product initiatives
