• Minimum of 8 years of relevant Product design experience
• Portfolio showcasing exceptional UX expertise, vision, systems design, and prototyping abilities
• Proficient in systems thinking and interaction design, with experience tackling complex product challenges
• Background in working on platform teams or internal tools that have a broad impact across product platforms
• Strong storytelling skills, emphasizing a 'show don’t tell' method to unite teams under a common vision
• Eagerness to continuously learn and evolve, particularly in the application of AI and emerging technologies to enhance workflow efficiency and streamline team processes
