• 6–8 years of Product Design experience for B2C mobile apps, with a track record of shipping impactful products.
• Experience in enhancing onboarding and subscription management experiences.
• Proficiency in design research and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into actionable strategies.
• Ability to lead design in ambiguous problem spaces and collaborate across various teams.
• Strong visual design skills with a focus on accessibility and usability.
• Impressive design portfolio with measurable business and user outcomes.
• Experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
• Bonus points for expertise in UX copywriting, motion design, or conversational UI.
