⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 8+ years of product/UX design experience, with a focus on growth or PLG strategies

• Demonstrate a user-centric approach to drive sustainable growth based on real value, rather than short-term gains

• Have experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing product direction

• Familiarity with experimentation tools, growth metrics, and behavioral design principles

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, think strategically, and swiftly translate insights into action

• Strong communication and collaboration skills within dynamic team environments

• Expertise in UX patterns and the ability to strategically apply them to meet business and user requirements

• Showcase a portfolio highlighting how your UX work has driven adoption, retention, or expansion

• Nice to Haves: Experience in designing AI-powered workflows, a degree in Design, Computer Science, or related fields, familiarity with relevant tools like HTML/CSS/JS, Storybook, AI-assisted prototyping tools, or Jira, experience in venture-based startups or growth-stage companies, and exposure to the restaurant or hospitality industry
