•Contribute to shaping the overall direction and strategic decisions for product design
•Take ownership of the entire user journey and oversee all design processes from idea generation to user testing to final production
•Collaborate with product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams to define and implement the product roadmap
•Create user-friendly web and mobile experiences that are both simple and intuitive
•Engage in regular design reviews to give and receive feedback on design projects
•Must have at least 5 years of experience in Product Design
•Demonstrate exceptional product thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently
•Proven track record of contributing to successful product launches within a team
•Possess keen attention to detail and expertise in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping
•Strong communication skills across different functions and experience in managing stakeholders
•Excel in fast-paced and sometimes uncertain environments
•Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
•Team player with a collaborative mindset and a humble approach
•Interest in cryptocurrency and financial products
•Experience in designing Traditional Finance products
•Familiarity with cryptocurrency technologies, including Ethereum interactions and blockchain services
