•Proficiency in Figma and a thorough understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and design systems.
•Proven track record in conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and translating them into scalable, impactful design solutions.
•Ability to create clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that drive business results.
•Strong grasp of systems thinking and pattern recognition, with a focus on developing scalable, reusable design elements.
•Exceptional attention to detail and high quality standards, particularly in regulated environments.
•Demonstrated ability to break down complex workflows and deliver intuitive, effective solutions.
•Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to align stakeholders and translate complex requirements into actionable designs.
•Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, results-oriented startup environment.
•Background in fintech or regulated industries is advantageous.
