📋 Description

• AuditBoard is a renowned audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform catering to Fortune 500 clients, with an impressive $200M ARR.

• This role involves revolutionizing the operations of audit, risk, and compliance teams in a dynamic environment, offering growth prospects and the chance to contribute to the design system.

• Lead and mentor fellow designers, shaping AuditBoard's design processes, and playing a pivotal role in scaling our design system.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, customers, and subject-matter experts to address real-world business challenges with user-friendly solutions.

• Take charge of the end-to-end design lifecycle for fundamental platform concepts and functionalities.

• Prior platform experience in B2B SaaS, particularly in intricate technical domains, is highly valued.

• Demonstrate Vision Leadership by establishing and driving a unified design vision across cross-functional leadership groups.

• Be "T-Shaped" with deep design expertise and fluency in product and engineering contexts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, etc), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or showcase equivalent practical experience.

• Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in designing web applications or similar products.

• Showcase experience in leading and/or mentoring product design teams.

• Exhibit demonstrable product design skills through a portfolio reflecting a variety of styles and approaches (portfolio required).

• Proficiency in Figma is required, with knowledge of other product design and wire-framing tools considered a bonus.

• Display excellent visual design skills with a keen understanding of human-computer interaction.

• Possess outstanding leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.

• Have prior experience in designing enterprise or data-intensive applications.

• Additional bonus points for familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Javascript for rapid prototyping, and a working knowledge of Responsive Design.
