• Proficient in Figma and other contemporary design tools
• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to balance user requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools as part of the design process
