📋 Description

• Manage design projects from inception to completion, ensuring a smooth user experience

• Define the user experience of Absorb's educational solutions from idea to implementation

• Collaborate with diverse teams to craft user-friendly, accessible, and visually appealing designs

• Simplify intricate processes into elegant and intuitive solutions

• Utilize AI tools seamlessly in design processes and validate concepts through research

• Contribute to and enhance the design system for consistency and scalability

• Promote user-centered design principles throughout the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software

• Impressive portfolio demonstrating UX and UI design for complex applications

• Proficient in Figma and other modern design tools

• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design

• Experience using AI tools in the design process

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical limitations

• Conduct research to validate ideas and refine based on feedback

• Must demonstrate legal eligibility to work in the country without sponsorship
