Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead Design Projects: Take ownership of the end-to-end design process for multiple projects, from low fidelity concepts to high fidelity deliverables.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centered design solutions.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide design input, and ensure designs are implemented accurately.

• Act as a bridge between design and development teams.

• Partner with Brand and Marketing Teams: Work closely with our Brand and Marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment in the presentation of our brand expression in our digital experiences.

• Contribute to our design system: Contribute new patterns and components as-needed to our design system.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in a cross-functional team, solving complex problems, and shipping products to customers.

• Experience working across products and platforms, desktop and mobile experiences.

• Experience with concepting, prototyping, testing, before moving into high-fidelity designs.

• Knowledgeable about marketing and brand strategies and best practices.

• Demonstrate a high bar of quality in both interaction & visual design and strong technical skills.

• Knowledgeable about new technologies and processes within the field of design, WCAG requirements, Android, and iOS guidelines.

• Track-record of success working with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders and partners.

• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

• Ability to communicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences across the organization.

• Proficient in storytelling and presenting.

• Nice to have: Experience using and contributing to a design system.

• Experience in evangelizing consumer-centered thinking across all levels, creating a vision, and aligning teams to execute it.
