📋 Description

• Create Ada's cognitive frameworks - Develop the systems governing decision-making and issue resolution in conversations to ensure Ada provides top-tier support that is intuitive and comprehensive.

• Establish feedback mechanisms - Construct systems that enable Ada to learn from user feedback, agent input, and conversation outcomes, enhancing performance over time across various communication channels like chat, voice, and email.

• Present valuable performance indicators - Assist users in understanding Ada's decision-making process, performance effectiveness, and areas of improvement in a user-friendly manner, avoiding information overload.

• Collaborate with various teams - Engage with designers, project managers, engineers, and machine learning experts working on Ada's different interfaces to ensure enhancements to the reasoning engine are seamless, coherent, and compatible across multiple channels (voice, chat, email).

• Translate abstract concepts into practical solutions - Convert complex issues into structured user experiences, conceptual models, and refined interactions, always rooted in user needs and system functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a track record of delivering intricate or system-level projects in a product setting.
