• Minimum 5 years of experience designing complex B2B SaaS products in high-cognitive-load environments.
• Proven track record of turning intricate workflows into user-centered experiences that enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Strong collaboration skills with product managers and engineers to co-own outcomes and validate concepts through rapid prototyping.
• Proficiency in Figma, rapid prototyping, and iterative design, along with exceptional communication skills to explain design rationale clearly.
• Expertise in UX writing, understanding of web technologies, and interest in accounting or financial services software.
