• Aleph is seeking a skilled Product Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of our platform.
• Take charge of the complete design process for our diverse interfaces (including web app, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office add-ins) to ensure a seamless and delightful user experience.
• Collaborate closely with our CEO, CTO, and team to craft the product strategy, leading the way in researching, conceptualizing, prototyping, and testing designs with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Contribute to establishing best practices that will set the stage for a high-performing design team and foster a thriving design culture.
• Engage with users to gain profound insights into their requirements, validate design choices, and champion exceptional user-centric experiences.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, demonstrating the ability to oversee design throughout the entire product lifecycle, from conception to implementation.
• Previous exposure to startups or thriving in dynamic, unstructured environments is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated track record of simplifying complex concepts into user-friendly experiences.
• Hands-on experience with B2B SaaS or data products is preferred.
• Proficiency in developing add-ins for Microsoft Office / Google Workspace products.
• Experience in creating and refining UI components using frontend technologies like React, HTML/CSS, or similar tools.
