Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with various teams including product, engineering, analytics, content, research, and SEO to discover ways to enhance acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention

• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity visuals that prioritize speed, usability, and business impact

• Conduct experiments and A/B tests, using insights to make design decisions that drive key growth metrics

• Embrace new AI design tools and influence the organization's adoption to enhance workflows and outcomes

• Ensure that design solutions are scalable for long-term use across the product ecosystem

• Utilize user insights and performance metrics from data and research partners to inform design choices

• Contribute to strategic discussions by highlighting design opportunities and advocating for user-centric solutions

• Work closely with engineering to guide build strategy, ensuring impactful and feasible designs

• Enhance the Angi experience for both homeowners and professionals by delivering valuable solutions for all parties

• Quickly iterate on concepts and validate ideas through lightweight testing

• Maintain consistency and quality by adhering to brand guidelines and the design system

• Present work to cross-functional teams with clear rationale and storytelling, encouraging feedback and alignment

• Mentor team members by sharing growth design best practices and design expertise

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience as a product designer specializing in digital products

• Background in consumer-facing or marketplace environments, preferably within a growth-oriented setting

• Proficiency in designing for SEO, with knowledge of AI-driven search results as a bonus

• Ability to oversee end-to-end design work, from discovery to final delivery

• Track record of designing for user value and influencing business metrics through design

• Familiarity with design systems for creating scalable, consistent interfaces; knowledge of design tokens is advantageous

• Data-driven mindset with experience in experimentation, A/B testing, and translating insights into design choices

• Strong communication skills and storytelling ability to convey compelling narratives and rationale

• Collaborative and cross-functional approach, eager to work closely with various teams

• Consideration for scale and long-term viability of design solutions

• Passion for craftsmanship, accessibility, and usability, staying updated on industry best practices and trends
