• We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Senior Product Designer to create products that are valuable, intuitive, and meet high standards of quality.
• Possess a relevant degree or equivalent experience
• Have 5-8 years of experience as a product designer for mobile and web applications
• Demonstrate excellent visual design skills and a strong foundation in UX design
• Excel in designing simple, inclusive, and elegant products with meticulous attention to detail in interaction flows and states across various screen sizes
• Exhibit strategic thinking in product design, ability to prioritize essential elements, and eliminate non-essential components
• Showcase a strong portfolio with a focus on user-centered design practices and high-quality design execution
• Be user-focused and data-driven, integrating qualitative insights with usage and behavioral analytics in design decisions
• Show a proactive approach to gathering feedback from customers and incorporating it into design processes
• Have experience in creating Design Systems or contributing significantly to their development, understanding the importance of reusable components and patterns in design quality, consistency, usability, and accessibility at scale
• Possess strong technical knowledge and collaborate effectively with developers to implement design systems
• Familiarity with Figma design system libraries, ensuring accessibility, scalability, and seamless integration into team workflows
• Experience in formative and evaluative research, including usability testing
• Strong team player and communicator, adept at simplifying complex ideas, storytelling, and gaining support for crucial design decisions at all levels
• Proficient in inclusive design and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA)
• Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in global agile teams
• Ability to collaborate effectively with remote, globally distributed teams, fostering strong relationships across diverse cultures and work styles
• Proficiency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or higher
