📋 Description

• Leading design projects by integrating quantitative and qualitative research insights, rapid iteration, and testing to develop user-centered solutions based on data

• Transforming broad, conceptual ideas into practical, user-friendly, and valuable mobile and web solutions

• Prototyping, testing, and iterating to switch between discovery and delivery modes effectively

• Advocating for users by engaging in research sessions, site visits, usability testing, focus groups, and user conferences

• Addressing immediate design needs while incrementally delivering value and aligning with long-term vision

• Collaborating within product teams to bring ideas to fruition and contribute to strategic product vision

• Enhancing and promoting the adoption of the design system for consistent, on-brand, responsive, and accessible experiences

• Defining and documenting visual design elements such as typography, color, iconography, components, and patterns

• Conducting regular audits of products and the design system to enhance design quality, usability, and accessibility

• Taking ownership from initial whiteboard sketches to final product delivery autonomously

• Engaging in the design community, sharing ideas, and participating in knowledge-sharing sessions (portfolio link required)


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a relevant degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a product designer for mobile and web products

• Strong visual design skills and a solid foundation in UX design

• Proficiency in designing simple, inclusive, and elegant products for various screen sizes

• Experience in creating Design Systems or playing a significant role in their development

• Demonstrated user-centered design practice and execution in the portfolio (portfolio link required)

• Experience conducting usability testing and research

• Strong team player and communicator who simplifies complexity and tells compelling stories

• Knowledge of inclusive design, accessibility, and fluency in written and spoken English

• Preferred: Strong technical knowledge and collaboration with developers

• Preferred: Experience in building accessible Figma design system libraries and working with AI and machine learning

• Preferred: Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, web frameworks, and React

• Preferred: Ability to effectively collaborate with remote, globally distributed teams
