• Minimum 5 years of experience in product design, focusing on B2B SaaS applications.
• Bachelor's Degree in Design or a related field.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing modern UI/UX designs.
• Track record of delivering high-quality designs on time and meeting business objectives.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Experience in developing and maintaining design systems at scale.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Ability to collaborate in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, including remote work settings.
• Strong sense of ownership and high standards for work output.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
