• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to craft user-centered designs that align with the strategic objectives of Jira.
• Take the lead on design initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring top-notch and consistent user experiences.
• Utilize insights derived from data to guide design choices and refine designs based on user input and testing.
• Create and maintain prototypes and design patterns that elevate the scalability and uniformity of Jira's user interface.
• Engage with enterprise clients and sales teams to gather feedback and insights that drive design enhancements.
• A minimum of five years of professional experience in product design, preferably within SaaS or enterprise software settings.
• Strong background in experimentation and/or collaboration within a growth-focused team.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing skills in user-centric design, interaction design, and visual design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
• Experience in agile environments and effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to articulate design concepts and decisions.
