📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in launching new products to the market, collaborating across product, UX, and engineering teams

• Demonstrate a proven track record in designing Native mobile apps for iOS & Android that balance consistency with OS-specific best practices

• Possess a deep understanding of motion's role in mobile applications

• Ability to rapidly prototype ideas for clear communication with stakeholders

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment

• Strong problem-solving skills to deliver products and features in iterative releases

• Work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment

• Minimum 5 years of professional mobile app design experience

• Experience in delivering responsive, mobile-first web applications

• Desirable: Proficiency in "design in code" to bridge engineering and product aspects

• Desirable: Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)

• Desirable: Experience in robust design systems

• Desirable: Understanding of fintech domain concepts, payment rails, and security best practices
