📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Designer at Augment AI, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of B2B sales through innovative design solutions.

• You'll work across multiple products, leading the design process from concept to implementation while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.

• The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in user experience design, interaction design, and visual design, with a proven track record of delivering impactful design solutions for complex B2B products.

• You'll be a key player in shaping our product strategy and establishing design standards that elevate our user experience.

• Lead end-to-end design processes for complex B2B SaaS products, from research and ideation to fully interactive design prototypes to final production designs and assets.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that solve complex business problems.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

• Collaborate with product managers to define product strategy and roadmap.

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to establishing design systems and best practices.

• Partner with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, with at least 4 years focusing on B2B SaaS products

• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and systematic thinking

• Experience with modern design tools (Figma, etc.) and prototyping tools

• Track record of shipping successful products and measuring their impact

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience working in agile environments

• Experience with AI/ML products and understanding of AI/ML concepts (preferred)

• Knowledge of data visualization and analytics dashboards (preferred)

• Previous experience in sales tech or B2B SaaS companies (preferred)

• Background in user research methodologies and tools (preferred)
