Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Conduct generative and evaluative research to identify customer needs and pain points

• Transform insights into user journeys, workflows, and prototypes to inform product strategy

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define problem areas and opportunities

• Take ownership of end-to-end design for key projects, from initial concepts to final delivery

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs that balance usability and technical aspects

• Contribute to and expand our design system to ensure consistency across multiple products

• Design for enterprise scale, focusing on data-heavy, compliance-driven, and mission-critical scenarios

• Serve as a strategic design partner, leading workshops, design reviews, and alignment sessions

• Mentor junior and mid-level designers and promote research-driven, iterative design approaches

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in product design within SaaS, enterprise, or technical fields

• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end design ownership and successful product launches

• Proficiency in user research, systems thinking, and design strategy

• Proficient in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools

• Familiarity with documentation and research platforms such as Confluence and Dovetail

• Deep knowledge of usability, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design best practices

• Experience in complex, data-heavy environments (knowledge of security, IT, DevOps, or related areas is a plus)

• Strong collaboration, facilitation, and storytelling skills

• Ability to pass federal, state, county background checks and complete in-person verification

• Inability to sponsor work visas at the present time
