Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive user experiences for web and mobile platforms, including bill payment and account management

• Translate requirements into user-friendly flows, polished UI designs, and effective UX content

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver top-notch experiences

• Utilize data and research to enhance user experience, minimize errors, and boost completion rates

• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the product in partnership with senior designers and product managers

• Utilize AI tools for research, brainstorming, and content creation

• Implement and expand design systems for consistency and clarity

• Clearly present work and refine based on feedback

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in fintech or similar transactional fields

• Experience in designing flows for payments, account management, or task completion

• Strong skills in UX and UI design with a keen eye for detail

• Proficiency in UX content creation and understanding the impact of language on clarity and trust

• Familiarity with AI tools in the design process and a willingness to expand knowledge in this area

• Ability to take direction while offering valuable ideas and suggestions

• Excellent collaboration skills and comfortable working with diverse teams

• Portfolio demonstrating clear thinking, execution, and results
