• Possession of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background
• Over 5 years of experience in product design within the B2B SaaS industry
• Showcase a portfolio highlighting adept problem-solving abilities, holistic system thinking, and a meticulous eye for design details
• Proven track record of delivering successful products that have had a measurable impact on business
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Framer, and adept at utilizing AI tools in design workflows
• Demonstrated capability to lead and influence multiple projects concurrently within a product domain
• Experience in contributing to design systems and component libraries
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing data tools for informed decision-making
• Excellent communication skills with a history of successful collaboration within diverse teams
• Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and making decisions based on incomplete information
